Check System Requirements
A. Yes as long as the computer meets the system requirements of the application.
A. Some email services like Hotmail and Yahoo will block messages that are over a certain size. Try sending the award to a different account or check with your IT department to see if they can change the size of incoming messages allowed.
A. This depends on your licensing. If you purchased one license, this is available for only one person to use.
A. Your awards are automatically saved so if you get disconnected from the internet, you can go right back to where you were without having to recreate anything!
A. This varies with your connection speed. If you are using a dial up or similar connection, the items will take longer to load. Also, if you have customized titles or seals, they are generated dynamically each time you reload the page. This may take a few moments based on how detailed and how large your title and/or seal are.
A. Press and hold the 'Control' key down, then left-click on the item to resize and hold your left mouse button and drag the item to the desired size. Release the mouse button when you are done resizing it.
A. First click once on the item to select it, then press the 'Delete' key. A confirmation box will appear.
A. Click on the "Add Clipart" link on the left hand side of the award designer. At the bottom of the 'Add Clip Art' screen, click on the browse button, select your image, and click 'Upload File'.
A. Yes, images can be no larger than 250 kilobytes (250KB).
A. You can enter up to 500. Note that if you enter a few hundred names, download time will increase for the award in the designer and the final PDF file will be larger.
A. There are two reasons this may be happening: 1) if you have a pop-up blocker, please disable this as these can interfere with the application, 2) it may just be the site is busy and load time is taking a few more seconds than normal.
